Three years ago, Escobar’s Steakhouse wasn’t a brand.
It wasn’t a restaurant.
It wasn’t even a full team.
It was just two students, cooking on a griddle in a garage, packing orders between study breaks, and figuring things out in the middle of a pandemic.
No fancy kitchen. No signage. No business plan.
Just a simple belief:
Every Filipino deserves to enjoy a good steak.Not just the rich, but every working Pinoy. The breadwinners. The ones who hustle. The ones who give their all — and still want something special on their plate.
We started online. One year of late nights, trial and error, saying yes to every DM, and learning through every mistake. Then we opened our first store. Now, we have 10 branches across Metro Manila.
But this is just the beginning.
